Yuzushu - bright, citrus-based liqueur made with fresh yuzu fruit is the perfect way to welcome the fresh energy of spring. Shochu, a traditional Japanese spirit, is smooth and versatile, offering lighter flavours that pair beautifully with the season’s shift.
