    How much is shipping?

    Free delivery for orders over $350

    All other orders:
    • New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria: $15
    • Queensland, Tasmania and ACT: $18
    • Northern Territory and Western Australia: $25

    What carrier do you use?

    All orders are carefully packed and shipped with our trusted courier partners. Your wine is always in good hands.

    How soon will I receive my order?

    Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.


    Delivery & Signature

    • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

    • A signature is required on all deliveries. If you are not available, the courier will leave a note with instructions for collection from a nearby partner location.

    • The person collecting the wines must be 18+ and present ID matching the name on the order.

    • Orders not collected within 5 business days may be returned. Additional handling and freight charges apply for re-delivery.


    Permission to Leave (Unattended Delivery)

    If you choose “Signature Not Required” or give Authority to Leave, please note:

    • SaHa Grapes & Grains and our delivery partners cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft.

    • By selecting this option, you release SaHa Grapes & Grains from all liability arising from leaving the wine unattended.

    • Couriers may be unable to leave your order in certain circumstances, and drivers cannot call before delivery.

    We strongly recommend being available to receive your order.


    Rural & Remote Deliveries

    In rural or remote areas, deliveries may be taken to your nearest Australia Post office or collection centre.


    Important Notes

    • Double-check your delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed delivery, and SaHa Grapes & Grains is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

    • Wine cannot be delivered to anyone under 18 years of age.

    • Please track your delivery to avoid your wine being left in unsuitable temperatures.


    Breakages

    In the rare event of breakage:

    1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Provide photos showing:

      • The damaged bottle(s)

      • The box with the shipping label visible

    We will organise a replacement or refund (if a replacement is unavailable) at no additional cost.
