Age: Poc ma bon is divide in 3 blocks. The old block consists of plants that are over 40 years old. The other two blocks are 20 years old and 6 years old vines. Every block has different soil property that help us to increase the complexity of our Pinot Bianco.
Production area : Aquileia Località Colombara
Aging : 90% steel with aging on the lees - 10% aging in Oak
Organoleptic: Great wine for aperitifs. Gold yellow colour. Elegant and fruity with notes of white flowers. Well structured and balanced acidity.
Pairings: Pairs well with all fish dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
