Crafted using fragrant Tasmanian elderflowers from Ashbolt farm (just down the road from us in the Derwent Valley) and a big burst of organic lemon - you'll want to be drinking an elderflower spritz all summer long.
Some sediment may be visible - shake well before pouring.
